What Makes Our Pizza Different

Dough made fresh daily

Fresh Ingredients

At Angelo’s, we use only the finest, imported Italian ingredients for our pizzas. This begins with our hand-made pizza dough made from traditional fine-ground “00” Italian flour, and is hand stretched and baked at over 600 degrees in our Italian pizza oven for a perfectly charred crust. Our signature sauce is blended with San Marzano tomatoes from the Campania region, which gives our pizza an authentic punch of bold, fresh tomato flavor. We use the finest quality Boars Head brand artisan meats and salami, and only use hand-crafted premium fresh mozzarella cheeses. This gives our customers the true Neapolitan inspired pizza experience!

Pizza Oven

Marana Forni Italian Pizza Oven

Our authentic Marana Forni Italian pizza oven was hand built, brick by brick, and delivered to us directly from Verona, Italy. This advanced, rotary oven includes the latest technology with an unmatched uniform heat distribution, receiving recognition in over 90 countries worldwide. Our Marana pizza oven heats the rotating 200lb pizza stone to over 600 degrees quickly and evenly, which enables us to serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas with a perfectly charred crust within minutes.
